Non-floral items may be returned in original packaging for a store credit or exchange if received as a gift.  If accompanied by receipt, non-floral items may be returned for a refund given in the original form of payment if returned within 7 days of purchase. 

All returns/exchanges must be made within 7 days of purchase.

Floral and plant items are not returnable.  We pride ourselves on using the best floral and plant products available to ensure our customers are satisfied with their perishable products.   If you are not satisfied with your floral purchase or gift item please contact our store manager directly and we would be happy to help.
